Commercially, it will kill the interest, after the initial iPads hype.
Since iPad 3 was launched in March last year, and roll outs did take time hitting into late April or early May.
Counting the exact number of months till late October and early November, it equates to about 7 to 8 months before they launched the fourth generation iPad.
The roll outs have taken its time and it was only by almost January, that they finished rolling out to most of their markets.
So if you take all that into consideration, its likely that if we do will see an iPad announcement this season, its going to be around May with rollouts presumably starting late May or early June.
What they are technically trying to do is to reduce the one year waiting time period to around 8 to 10 months, speeding it by a slight margin.
And just for the record there wont be any sixth generation iPad in six months, and don’t expect one till April of 2014, as the 20nm A7/A7X should be up and running only by then.
